Following Dr. Jon's 'Marathon training for beginners' today we started to jog.

Weather: dry, slightly humid

Terrain: tarmac bashing
Route: Jono’s boudoir – Penkhull village – Tesco Express – Honeywall – Penkhull Infants School – back to the boudoir
Injuries: two ‘running’ noses and Jono’s giraffe features
Notes: jeans are not a good idea, khakis were satisfactory but not advisable.
Queries: unsure on drink situation… before, in progress, after?
Also stretching? Will we be able to move in the morning?
